Our people are exceptional technical experts. We operate a rigorous recruitment process designed to select the finest engineering talent. We focus on the top 300 universities globally, selecting only applicants who achieve the highest academic grades. Candidates undergo technical and aptitude testing, as well as in-depth interviews, designed to select for technical aptitude, industry experience and cultural fit.
