2026 Business Administration Degree Apprenticeship
Our Degree Apprenticeship offers you the opportunity to apply your academic learning in a real-world business context and accelerate the start of your careers through our three-year combined study and work programme.
You will gain a recognised degree from Exeter University, a renowned top-tier university - without tuition or student loan debt.
As an integral member of the team, you'll develop new knowledge, skills and ideas that will enable you to add real change to the business and lay the foundation for a prosperous and challenging career.

Our Support:
We will support you in your learning and development both on and off the job throughout a variety of avenues:
- 20% of your time during the working week will be allocated to your university studies
- We will give you an internal mentor to provide career and professional development guidance
- You will have regular check-in meetings with your line manager to evaluate your progress - both in work and in your studies.

Any job offer is subject to meeting the required A-Level results and successful application to the University of Exeter on the Project Management Degree Apprenticeship. If this is not achieved on results day, the offer of employment will regrettably be withdrawn.
